Get your presentation noticed with ink annotations
You can use your Tablet PC with its pen input device
to create Ink Annotations. Ink Annotations are like
handwritten notes that lie on top of your slides. Ink
Annotations can be used in Slide Show mode or while
you are editing slides. When you create Ink
Annotations, they are saved with the presentation
and are visible thereafter even by users who do not
have or use Tablet PCs.
Ink Annotations can be particularly useful when you
collaborate with a team on presentation content. You
can add an Ink Annotation on a slide asking a team
member to investigate or research a topic. You can
even sketch out how you want a slide to appear
when finished to help the team member responsible
for the slide.
There are several pen styles from which to choose,
including Ballpoint, Felt Tip, and Highlighters. Each
pen style gives the Ink Annotations a different shape
or width. You can also choose from a variety of Ink
colors, with the default colors coming from the slide’s
design theme.
1 Click the Review tab.
2 Click Start Inking.
* The Ink Tools controls appear.

to continue inking in

or color.

Tools.
The Ink stays on the slide.
